Refund policy
Return Policy (EU Only)
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We currently ship exclusively within the European Union, and this policy applies to all EU orders.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Please note that small variations in shape, glaze and colour are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the item and the packaging. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised products
- Made to Order pieces created especially for you
- Gift cards
- Sale items (where permitted by applicable law)

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, together with proof of purchase.
Please note that this right does not apply to custom or personalised products, including Made to Order pieces created especially for you, as permitted by applicable EU law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
