Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the European Union.
Processing Time
Ready-made items are usually shipped within 2–5 business days.
For Made to Order pieces, the estimated production time is always shown on the product page before purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed by hand to ensure it arrives safely.
We use only environmentally friendly packaging materials and never use plastic in our packaging. Whenever possible, we choose recyclable and paper-based materials.
Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery times depend on your destination country and the shipping carrier.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the item and the packaging.
We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at leoo.art.studio@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
